Cotton Fiber Fabrics

They are fabrics made of 100% cotton fiber, especially woven in gabardine type. Thanks to polyester, the amount of wrinkles is reduced and the resistance to tearing is increased. It is one of the most used personnel fabrics because it is durable. By adding p-aramid fibers to fireproof fabrics whose main substance is m-aramid fiber, mechanical durability can be increased dozens of times compared to its former form. With antistatic finishing, protection is provided against high voltage sources. Softness can be provided instead of mechanical durability by mixing with cotton on demand. The feature of M-aramid fiber is that when it encounters an excessively hot heat source, it becomes charred and provides thermal insulation. Thus, the combustion process ends before it starts and the temperature behind the garment does not increase too much. If desired, a similar effect can be achieved by making non-combustibility finish. P-aramid fiber has a much stronger structure than the same amount of steel, protecting the integrity of the workwear, preventing the fire from passing behind the fabric
